Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply to the ChoreQuest app. By using it you agree to them.

1. The app

ChoreQuest is provided by Chris Skaaning, an individual developer in the United Kingdom. It helps parents set chores for their children and reward them with stars.

2. Accounts

Accounts are for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. You're responsible for your account and for the information you add about your children. Children use the app only through a parent's account or a child device set up by a parent.

3. Purchases

ChoreQuest is free with one child. Unlimited Children is a one-off in-app purchase through the App Store and is governed by Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app or try to access other families' data.

5. Availability

We aim to keep ChoreQuest running reliably but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The app is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.

6. Ending use

You can stop using ChoreQuest and delete your account at any time from within the app.

7. Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
